Formal / Informal Wetland Delineation, Mitigation
During the permitting of both residential and commercial development projects, environmental regulatory agencies may require a formal wetland delineation to ensure the work respects the required buffer distances from existing wetlands. EEC can work with the project owner and regulatory authority to perform a delineation, submit required paperwork, and coordinate the final survey. If needed, EEC can work with the developer to permit wetland impacts, by proposing on-site or off-site mitigation. EEC has extensive experience working with Hillsborough County EPC, FDEP and SWFWMD permitting anything from small residential additions to large-scale 100+acre development projects.
EEC also provides a significant value to property purchasers by performing an informal delineation to determine an approximate buildable land area on the site. This vital information allows the purchaser to better evaluate their potential investment.
