Project: Site Development

EEC provided site development services for the redevelopment of an existing facility into a new restaurant/bar. After the project had hit a snag during the permitting process, EEC was brought into the fold to move the project forward. Following communications and submittals to the City, EEC was able to obtain a site development permit for the client.
