No-rise certificate for riverside residence

EEC utilized cross-section surveys of adjacent waterway to develop model which allowed determination as to whether a proposed structure would have a measureable impact on floodplain elevation. EEC provided homeowner with “no-rise” certificate which allowed client to obtain building permit for mother-in-law suite on riverside residence.
